About Noma

Our Story & Impact

Established in 2023, Noma addresses key challenges faced by Nigerian smallholder farmers (SHF), including the use of poor-quality inputs, limited access to finance, and outdated farming practices.

Through our innovative "pay-with-output" model, Noma equips farmers with improved seeds, fertilizers, herbicides, optimized land use, and mechanized equipment—without requiring any upfront investment.

We also offer affordable mechanized solutions for every stage of the farming process, including land preparation, planting, harvesting, and marketing. Our solutions aim to reduce losses, simplify labor, save time, increase yields, and boost farmer incomes.

Vision

To become a leading agribusiness enterprise in Nigeria for all stakeholders, driving sustainable agricultural development, food and nutrition security, and profitability.

Mission

To empower smallholder farmers through structured out-grower schemes, optimize direct farming operations, and expand farming production for year-round high-value crop cultivation.

Values

Integrity, Innovation, Sustainability, and Community Partnership - the core values that guide our agricultural excellence and commitment to transforming Nigeria's farming landscape.

Our Goals

Sustainable Development

01

No Poverty (SDG 1)

To achieve the goal of eradicating poverty, our approach focuses on empowering smallholder farmers by providing them with essential agricultural inputs and a range of support services.

02

Zero Hunger (SDG 2)

Through the provision of essential agricultural inputs, our initiative enables beneficiaries to significantly increase both the productivity and incomes of smallholder food producers.

03

Gender Equality (SDG 5)

Concerted efforts are made to offer special preferences to women and youths, ensuring these groups are prioritized when accessing agricultural inputs and training.

04

Responsible Consumption (SDG 12)

NOMA utilizes a pay-with-output model to provide Program beneficiaries with access to effective markets across all intervention locations.
